Converting a ticket to a bug in our Kanbanize.com app.

We currently use a Kanban board in order to manage our tasks. 
It offers an API, is there a way to convert tickets to a bug in an outside app such as www.kanbanize.com?  
I know you have the Zoho Bug Tracker however I'd prefer to keep our bugs within our Kanban board.
