In my "Admin System" application, my form "Task_Attachments"
on-edit:on-success script has become corrupt and will not load. I am unable to load the script builder OR the free-flow script in order to correct the issue.
1) can you please go into my application and delete the
"on-edit:on-success" action script for the "Task_Attachments" form. I have a backup of the script and will place this back once I can get back in.
2) Zoho needs to implement a feature where we can edit scripts in a "safe mode" so that we can debug these issues ourselves. This has happened to me far too much and I shouldn't have to contact support each time I want to restore the script for a particular form. This is only happening because of Zoho's built in validation which allows me to save a script that will not function but then won't let me edit it! The validation is weak when allowing me to save, but too strong when it attempts to load the saved script.
Looking forward to a long-term solution, but for now please return my access to my form.
