Count No. of occurance for a listitem

Count No. of occurance for a listitem

Hi all.

Would it be possible to know the no. of occurrences for list items?

Eg:-
Fruits ={ Apple, Grapes, Apple, Oranges, Grapes, Apple, Pineapple, Guava }

I am expectng a result something likethis

Apple - 3
Grapes - 2
Oranges - 1
Pineapple - 1
Guava - 1

Any help is great help
