How to create a contract using Zoho Contracts API and have the systemStatus directly assigned as "Active"?

How do I create a contract using Zoho Contracts API and have the systemStatus directly assigned as "Active" instead of "Draft"?
Currently, I'm able to create a contract but the systemStatus is "draft".

Kindly help.
