Create a new project

Is Zoho Project free only good for one project? I'm new and started exploring yesterday and successfully created a project.
Came back today and tried to create a new project but to no avail. Logged in, went to the project html link and got linked to the page view that I created yesterday.
There is one tab at the top 'My Home'
Under that is 'My Projects, My Tasks, My Bugs, Milestones, Calendar, Timesheet and Meetings.'
There is no New Project button, link, dropdown menu, nothing.....
Interestingly the search box finds no results for 'new project, add project' or even 'project'.
Went to help which says, "Click New Project link present in Home Tab and this opens a New Project form."
There is no 'HOME' tab.
There is a 'MY HOME' tab which is a circuitous link to the page open. No drop down menu.
I've scoured every link on the page and there just isn't one I can find.
What there is covering 1/3 of the screen is an ad for 'Upgrade Now'.
Either there's something I'm missing, coming at from the wrong page, etc or they want me to upgrade to the paid version to load more than one project.
