I want to build a simple Settings Page from one record.

Use Case:

A Portal User clicks in the Menu on a Link (Component in a Section) with the name "Setting". This opens a specific record (not creating a new record) where the user can change field values. After he is finish with it he can save it and is redirected to the "Setting" again to make changes if necessary (Example in the Attachment).

How can I do it? Thanks for your support
