We are looking at creating an automated on-boarding process for potential partners.
The process would go as follows;
1) Salesperson has meeting, enters prospective partner info into CRM (as lead)
2) Automated email > Business Partner Profile Contact Form
3) If they complete & submit the form, that triggers another automated email with 2 more forms to be completed. If they don't complete the form, for whatever reason, that non-completion should trigger an automated email reminding them to complete.
4) Once they have completed the two forms in step 3, they receive another email with an "About Us" presentation.
And so on and so forth.
I was just wondering how feasible this is with Zoho and the steps I can take to make it happen. I have been playing around all day creating the forms and trying to create a workflow/autoresponders but have been having difficulty.
