Can I create a task in zoho project with duration in no. of hours/ Day. 

Because when a employee is assign to two or more projects the resource allocation graph shows that employee is overloaded. But employee can work x hours of his total hours for one project and remaining hours for another assigned project. In this case employee is not overloaded.

This creates problem while resource planning. One can see all his employee as a overloaded.
