Creator Pubished Public Forms Time Out

All of our published public forms no longer work. They are timming out in Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome.

We have 2 different published forms and neither of them can be accessed.

Anyone else having this issue? What is going on?

We have not enabled the new " Login changed for private embedded components in Pages" update .
