CRM Account/Contact Clean up
We are starting a campaign to update all the contacts under each of our accounts. We want to validate that the contact information is correct, the contact is current (still works there) and also update their level of communication they would like to receive from us (custom field we added to the CRM).
I know I read somewhere that you can create a web form to email to each individual contact and have then directly update their own information. what we are trying to do is email our primary contact and have them update all the contacts for their account.
The plan is to combine this with Zoho Campaigns and try to have our clients update the database for us.
Is this even possible, if so how.
