I'm trying to find the best way to allow an external party to access (and preferably edit) a single users calendar within Zoho CRM.

I've tried a couple of methods, including setting up Zoho Calendar (adding this to Outlook shows the name as I've added it within Calendar, but no events sync?) or the Zoho/Outlook plug-in, however as great as this is for personal use, it won't work for an outside source due to the way they work.

- Is there a reason I can't see events within the shared Zoho Calendar iCal on Outlook?

- Is there an alternative method for this?

- Is there a way I can do something similar to Zoho/Outlook sync but directed to a generic email, rather than a Microsoft account?
