I think this is a basic question, but I can't work this out!
We have CRM & Books integrated. The CRM Accounts are coming in to Books as contacts with no problem.
But I can't work out how to sync so that the CRM Contacts come in as Books Contacts in their own right (a lot of our customers are individuals - not from a particular company - so invoices and receipts need to be made to them as individuals).
When I try to raise an invoice, I can only choose from a list of CRM accounts - not the individual person. The outcome I am hoping for is that the individual will also be recognised as a customer. Even when I associate the CRM Contact with a dummy account in CRM, it only seems to make the invoice to the CRM Account Company - not the individual:
