Cross Form View

How do I create a view that incorporates field from other forms? For example, I want to add the gender of an employee to a custom form. I ask for this on the Employee form and don't want to ask it again on the custom form. I know i can use the look up field to show it on the custom form, but it does not show up on the view and I want to be able to export the data on the view, including the gender.
