Zoho Projects has a workload and resource utilization view, but it is scoped per project. There is no native way for a manager to see a single view of how a team member is allocated across ALL active projects simultaneously.

This is a standard feature in tools like Monday.com and Smartsheet and is consistently cited as one of the top gaps in Zoho Projects reviews. It would make Zoho Projects genuinely usable for teams running more than 3 concurrent projects.
