step 1: a user will inform that a new staff member will be joining (this is standard info-name/ start date etc)

step 2: the contents of this form will flow to the IT department for them to action ( i am not sure how to get the filled in information from step 1 to come into step 2 (non editable just visible)

step 3: some information gathered in step 1 & step 2, will be sent to another department for them to action some internal steps.

step 4: a welcome email is generated containing information from all 3 previous steps.

how can i do this?
