When I add a reference to Zoho CRM to an application, I can select a module (i.e. Contacts). Then the application user is presented with the ability to look up contacts to select or add a new contact.

1. What I want to do is skip the look up portion and have them create a new contact. How do I do this?

2. The Quick Create dialog for the new contact only lists a couple of fields. How can I designate more, and can custom fields from our CRM be included in this dialog?
