Two of our biggest pain points are:
- entering meetings, and
- entering follow up tasks
While the current interface is sufficient for most, there are a few "power" users who want an even simpler and more streamlined interface to both enter past meetings and future tasks in the same uncluttered interface.
I've looked at Creator but it doesn't interface with the Activities module. I've looked at the API, but tokens are on a per user basis and I need something that can be deployed system wide.
Basically, I want a clean and simple web page where users:
- Choose a Contact
- Enter the minimally required fields for an event (in our case meeting that take place)
- Enter the minimally required fields for a task (being able to enter multiple tasks at the same time would be great)
