Customer Service is great but regarding ZOHO One and ZOHO Projects, PLEASE STREAMLINE ALL YOUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES!!!
Howdy, Boys and Gals,
First, I have spent the last six months going back and forth, back and forth between all the different products, services, and customer service. CLEAN IT UP! Explain Zoho "Accounts" better!
Now, with ZOHO Projects 8.0, I am learning from scratch. However, I added an extension, "Projects Checklist, " which is buggy. The instructions need improvement.
I will add that customer support, specifically from Anjali, has been EXCELLENT!
