is supposed to be able to be accessed by customers without login

they cannot view I frame or are unable to view the form after clicking on a link. please help

I can view it just fine and so can a few handful of users that have logged into the system with a username and password

other random users have been unable to access

Got any ideas?

(and I tried the form from another computer without logging into zoho first and it asked me to login, why is the code snippet not working?)
