Darshan Hiranandani : Zoho Meetings Outlook Plugin Authentication Issue - Error When Signing In

Hello Zoho team,

I'm Darshan Hiranandani, We’ve been facing an issue with the Zoho Meetings Outlook plugin for the past two weeks. Here’s what happens:

When we try to sign in through the plugin, it redirects us to the authentication webpage. After successfully logging in, we see the message "The device has been approved. You can now start screening your data." However, the authentication process in Outlook doesn’t complete, and we get the error: “Error occurred while signing in. Please try later.”

Interestingly, the standalone "Zoho Meetings" application works perfectly fine, but we really rely on the Outlook plugin for our workflow.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any suggestions or troubleshooting steps to resolve this would be greatly appreciated!
