Dashboard Feed not assigned tasks

When a client adds a new task with no user assigned, how do i get notified.
Searching the forum says, ist is not possible to get an email notofication.
And i do not see these events in my dashboard.
I have to click throuhg all projects from time to time, if there is a possible unassigned task or bug?

I think an admin or project manager should have the possibility to get information about unassigned tasks/bugs/feature requests.

Any ideas ?
