I'm looking for a way to capture Form answers and turn them into numerical "score" outputs.
For instance, if a respondent answers A to Question 1, I want answer A to equal 6 points, and if they answer B, then B might equal 9 points, etc.
Instead of me manually tabulating the numerical scores based upon respective answers, is there an "If/Then" feature that would make these calculations for me and then send to me via email?
