Beste Community-leden

In deel 1 heeft u kunnen lezen over de updates rondom onsamenhangende data-uitdagingen. Deel 2 gaan wij het hebben over welke oplossingen Zoho One biedt voor het verder dichten van de communicatiekloven tussen silo's.

Org Dictionary: Deze nieuwe, organisatie brede service biedt een centraal woordenboek voor de gehele organisatie aan. De tool integreert automatisch de namen van de personeelsleden van het bedrijf en andere bronnen, waardoor er centraal en consistent jargon gebruikt kan worden voor diverse Zoho-applicaties en gebruikers.




Mobile Application Management (MAM) & Mobile Device Management(MDM): Nu werken op afstand niet meer weg te denken is, bevat Zoho One nu ook Mobile App Management-mogelijkheden op bedrijfsniveau. Beheerders kunnen eenvoudig apparaten van gebruikers toevoegen en beheren om betere inzichten en controle te krijgen op bevoorrading, specifieke app-toestemming en beleid, het vergrendelen en verwijderen van apparaten, en meer, om zo de mobiliteit en flexibiliteit van werknemers te ondersteunen.




Zoho Commerce: Met Zoho Commerce kunnen retailers gemakkelijk online winkels bouwen met de tools die nodig zijn om een website te maken, orders te accepteren, voorraad te monitoren, betalingen te verwerken, leveringen te beheren, het merk naar de markt te brengen, en data te analyseren. Zoho Commerce kan ook geïntegreerd worden met betalingsopties van derden.



Zoho Learn: Organisaties beschikken nu over een training managementtool die interactieve trainingsprogramma’s en -assessments mogelijk maakt met Zoho’s cursusbouwer. Dankzij het online centraliseren van bedrijfsinformatie, trainingsprogramma’s en meer, kunnen bedrijven hun medewerkers optimaal laten groeien.



Zoho Lens: Om betere communicatie en samenwerking in een remote werkomgeving te faciliteren, biedt Zoho Lens assistentie en begeleiding op afstand aan voor werknemers met behulp van augmented reality (AR) via real-time AR-annotatie, VoIP en chat en meer.



TeamInbox: Uw teams kunnen deze gedeelde e-mailinbox gebruiken om overlappende taken te elimineren en e-mailconversaties op één centrale locatie te stroomlijnen.

De Zoho Marketplace levert meer dan 1000 open integraties die ondersteuning bieden aan apps van derde partijen. Bovendien verbetert het de kracht van de platform. U kunt nu verbinding maken met uw favoriete apps via Single Sign On an bouw actieve zakelijke process flow tussen hun in.
