Dealing With One-Time Customers on Zoho Books
Hello there!
I am trying to figure out a way to handle One-Time customers without having to create multiple accounts for every single one on Zoho Books.
I understand that I can create a placeholder account called "Walk-In Customer", for example, but I actually need to retain the information of every customer, as in I need to have their phone numbers saved in case a mistake happens, and I need to call them.
From my understanding and experience, this information could go away if I make the "Walk-In Customer" account.
Does anyone know how I can manage this properly?
