I need to set a default image (QR code) in a form so that it is displayed in a report and when exported to a spreadsheet. The QR code will always be the same as it will direct third parties to another Zoho form (permalink) once scanned on a phone to fill in. Is this possible? It would seem actually adding the image detail could be achieved through a notes field but notes unless I'm mistaken are only for reference on a form and can't be used in report.
Also the information I've found online to actually display an uploaded image rather than just showing a link to the image is sounding like gibberish to me as well!
Any help on this would be appreciated.
