We have a form on our website

When this form submitted the emails are not arriving to my inbox for quite sometime, over 24hours in some cases.

We have tested to a Non Zoho account and the email arrived within seconds of submitting the form. 

Leads/Contacts are being generated in the CRM, just not email to notify us of these new leads.

Could you please help us figure out why this is happening?
