I'm not sure if the page is still loading or if something went wrong. There is no loading message or progress indicator, so it feels like the page is stuck.

After waiting for a while, I start to think the link might be broken.

In some cases, I leave the page before it finishes loading because I don’t know if it will eventually open. This makes the process frustrating.

This issue needs to be addressed to reduce user drop-offs during the job application flow.
