Dependencies?

It is probably obvious to everyone else but...

We are on the Free Plan (just not enough time to test Projects within the 15-day trial period).

Created a project - added tasks - added milestones. But cannot set dependencies. And I don't seem to be able to find in Help what I am not doing correctly.

Any help would be highly appreciated.
