The way dependencies are done right now is problematic:

1. I see a master list of all tasks in the project and not by milestones - ideally it should look like the MS Project where you can see milestones and add and remove dependences, collapse views

2. The gannt chart doesnt show the links

3. Does the dependency actual move the dates?
