Desktop gadget or taskbar messenger app for Zoho projects running in background

Dear Zoho team,

It shall be great if ZOHO projects can develop a desktop gadget or Google-talk type messenger which starts automatically with windows .

If no browser window is open,  it shall run unobstrusively on the system without disruptions . People sometime knowingly/unknowingly close the browser windows to avoid taskbar/desktop clutter while working  and then they are no longer available for rest of the teammates for collaborative works .

Kindly see if you can provide some solution to this .
