I have downloaded and installed the desktop shortcut multiple times on my WIN7 Professional notebook computer. The shortcut does NOT show up on my desktop and I cannot find where the code is being installed on my computer so I can create a shortcut manually. I keep uninstalling the shortcut and re-installing it from different network access points in the hopes that this is a problem with some network security or a connectivity problem.
When I download and install the shortcut the program immediately launches and I get the UI dialog box on my screen. But once I close that instance of the software I have no way to open it up again without navigating to the Zoho Meting Home screen and doing it all over again.
Nothing seems to work. Does anyone have any suggestions?
