I am very new to the Zoho, so I came across many doubts in the same,

1) Whats an application ? with the forms created in application how can I gather data from my customers ?

3) If not how can I do it with multiple forms ?

4) Ho can i implement the multiple form application to get data, if single form is used we can embed it to some of the web page and get data, in case of multiple form the first page is not diverting to second page after submitting the data. 

5) How to integrate submitted data and crm ? I know we can add the form and report as 'web tabs', but other than that to create leads, contacts and potential I am creating different forms so do I need to manually import the data from the reports to the CRM. ?

6) How can I gather data using a multi form application i created ? do i send the url to the application as an email or should I share it with the customers ?
