Developer access when report is filtered on zoho.loginuserid

Developer access when report is filtered on zoho.loginuserid

I'm sure this is obvious, but I'm not thinking straight.   I have a report that is filtered based on: email contains zoho.loginuserid, and that's great for the user.

How do I set the filter criteria for a report so it is filtered on

email contains zoho.loginuserid

OR

user is a developer????
