Simple app for internal use to match buyer need to property(s).  App will be for one user (me) plus assistant to enter data.

Specs:

a) Need two main forms, one to enter buyer purchase criteria and one to enter property specifics. Property/buyer data will be pretty simple, 10-20 fields each. (i,e, one picture, name, price, property type, location, numerical fields, text fields, pdf upload, etc) Each buyer and each property to have custom expiration date field.

b) Then a daily or real-time search that queries buyer needs v. properties and sends me a formatted email for each property match.  Format of email needs to be presentable so I can forward to client (all property info to be in body of email and pdf attached if property had an upload)

c) weekly "close match" results that emails some results even if not exact match. 

d) weekly summary email of how many a) total buyers and how many total properties are in the DB and b) break down of price range of buyers and properties with a record count

e) daily emails for expired buyers/properties.

f) a form to search certain buyer/property criteria to create zoho embed code to embed buyer or property data onto external website

g) daily formatted email for 1) new buyer entries and 2) new property entries, both in tabular form
