Different between Zoho CRM Kiosk and Command Centre functionality
Is there anyone who can tell me the difference between these two features available within zoho crm. I want to know what is the logic behind to build this kiosk functionality ? Because we have now blueprint , command centre and kiosk feature in crm so Isn't it too confusing for a user to choose between these three?
Also if there is any overview video available on zoho crm kiosk feature then please let me know
