Bonjour chers utilisateurs,
Le premier mois de l’année est déjà derrière nous ! Découvrons ensemble comment s'est passé janvier pour Zoho Community France.
Nous avons démarré le mois avec une nouvelle intégration entre Zoho Desk et Zoho Contracts. Cette intégration permet aux équipes du service client d’assurer un support rapide et fiable grâce à des SLA clairement définis. En automatisant l’activation des SLA via Zoho Flow, elle élimine les retards et les erreurs liés aux actions manuelles : dès qu’un SLA est activé dans Zoho Contracts, le client est automatiquement pris en charge dans Zoho Desk, s'assurant ainsi une mise en place du support fluide et conforme. Les systèmes classiques suffisent pour le quotidien, mais répondre à des questions stratégiques demande une analyse avancée. Zoho Inventory associé à Zoho Analytics permet de visualiser la rotation des stocks, identifier les produits peu rentables et comprendre les causes des ruptures.
Ensuite, place à Zoho Sheet ! Cet outil de la suite bureautique Zoho dédié à l’analyse des données et à la collaboration a récemment dévoilé de nouvelles fonctionnalités, dont les workflows et les formulaires Web. Découvrez tous les détails dans cet article.
