Disclaimers are notices which are displayed to keep the users informed about specific changes in a portal. If you are an administrator in a Zoho Projects portal, you can now display disclaimers to the new users and also to the existing users.

Consider a scenario where you are the admin of a portal and you want to inform the other portal users that the project may contain sensitive information. You can add a disclaimer saying that this project has sensitive data from different parties and ask the users to agree that they will not misuse the data in any form. Both, the newly joined users and the existing users will be able to access the projects only after agreeing to this disclaimer.
