Display a table within a form

Display a table within a form

Can anyone tell me how to insert a table into a form? 

Here's what I want to do:

I have two tables and two forms.  Form B has a lookup pulled from Table A (Field A).  I would like Form A to include a lookup of all items in Table B that use the lookup pulled from Form A (Field A).

Is there any way to do that in Creator?

And once those items are displayed in Form A, can I add more items to Table 2 through Form A?
