I have a project where we collect photos of a particular property and these photos are saved in Zoho Creator.

After photos are uploaded a user needs to give feedback on the property based on these photos.

For instance, there might be a form asking;

      Does living room require refurbishment Yes/No

        Does bathroom room require refurbishment Yes/No

        Does bedroom room require refurbishment Yes/No

The user who is going give the feedback should be able to see the photos like in an image gallery on the same where the form is placed. (Please see the attachment for the mockup)

Would this be possible?

Can I display items that belong to a record in database and display a form underneath where I collect feedback related to that record.
