Displaying complete records (not just a few fields) from 2 forms in 1 view? Possible?

I have built two forms for a client organization with groups and service centers (called intergroups) worldwide. Groups and intergroups have to register with the main office, hence the two forms, group_registration and intergroup_registration. I have thought about consolidating the two into one, but each one collects some specific data that the other does not. The forms are made, but nothing is being used live yet.
Both forms have 2 multiselect fields, named identically, Country and State/Province. Intergroups can provide services to more than one state or country, but groups would only select one for their meeting place.
The public finds intergroups and groups near them by filtering the data by location (Country, State/Province). The results page they are using now (not zoho) displays records from both forms sorted by intergroups first, then groups. The current setup is at http://directory.slaafws.org so you can see what I mean. This is built in Drupal with CCK, taxonomy, views, and a host of other modules. It is cumbersome and I have to manually add data from a pdf form that only works some of the time.
What are my options here? I hope I've explained clearly and thanks.
