Displaying only unread tickets in ticket view
Hello,
I was wondering if someone might be able to help me with this one.
We use filters to display our ticket list, typically using a saved filter which displays the tickets which are overdue or due today.
What I'd really like is another filter that only shows tickets that are unread either because they are new or a customer has responded to a ticket.
Is there a way to do this?
The reason is that on one of my screens I like to list all tickets which are overdue or due today and then on the second screen, I would like a list of unread tickets to that I can triage them as they come in.
Is there anyway to do this?
