Please consider the following change requests:

1) Please remove the what appears to be an arbitrary 10 item limit on associating documents to a task. This limitation doesn't exist within the documents upload feature (not to be confused with the documents sub action to a task).

2) Please add a checkbox in the document header to serve as a "select all".
