Documents area ignore uploads
Oftentimes, I will upload a document and after a short period, ZohoProjects will return without successfully adding the file. It does not produce an error or anything. I can try again several times to no avail. I've even changed the name of the file to make sure this was not the problem. For example, I attempted to upload "toneee_com_SALES_PROCESS_Org_chart_layout.ppt", carefully removing all spaces and strange characters.
Why is this? This can be VERY annoying when trying to get things accomplished.
