Docx / Xlsx files being cataloged as .Zip when attached to a Bug

Hello there guys,

Just as the title implies we're having certain issue given that when we attach a .docx / .xlsx file on BugTracker it's being indexed as a .Zip file and when we try to open the file directly from the browser the "Default" app to Open it is automatically directed to WinRaR/7zip/WinZip which gives us an error

Apart from that when we select that we want to open that file with any other App (Office in this case) the browser itself resets after we close this window/thread and we have to manually select Word/Excel every single time we want to open a file "faster" straight up from the attachments of a BUG

Is there any chance to set this up so that when we attach/upload a DOCX or XLSX file, that file won't end up being cataloged as Zip and is cataloged as Microsoft Word / Excel document instead? (this is working as intented on DOC or XLS files)
