Drop Box Files Not showing in Documents tab

Drop box files from another user have been shared with me, and I have set up and successfully synced them in Zoho Projects - Dropbox sync, but the files do not show in the Documents tab of Zoho Projects.

What am I doing wrong? Can anyone help?
