I feel I should be able to solve this but I'm getting nowhere :(

I have dropdown lists of available resources. These resource tables use a lookup for the location of each resource.

I want to only show resources available at the user's location in the master form.

The master form also uses a lookup for the user's location.

When it comes to specifying the filter to only show the user resources available at their location, I just can't make this work. ( If I could convert the lookup location to a string (ie the actual location name and not the record ID) all would be sweet.)

What have I forgotten or not understanding please.
