Dumb Question?

And they say there is no such thing as a "dumb" question but this has to come close -

In Creator, as in other parts of Zoho, it states the number of applications one may have with the different packages of pricing. But just what is an "application"?

I have started to make up a "form" to capture data and it shows I have one application. If I now start building another form that will filter and return some or all of the first forms data, will that be a second application? Each form is counted as a separate application?
