Duplicating Descriptions amongst Work Items

I did the following actions creating two work items and found a wrong description in the 2nd ticket.

  1. Click on create work
  2. enter all the required stuff incl. a description
  3. clicking on Add More
  4. a new work item can be created incl. the item name
  5. I could not write into the description
  6. I decided to click on create
  7. the new item was created
  8. opening it revealed that the description of the first item was also copied into the 2nd item as if the cache wasn't cleared...

Is this the intended flow?
