During Creating New Forum Post ...
The Notify to user section contains user list. Each entry in the user list is selected by click of a mouse which is both normal and expected. But to deselect I can't just click again ! This denial of "deselection" is probably normal but not expected. The selection/deselection should be a togling with the click of a mouse.
Right now only way to deselect a user from the list is by clicking while pressing control key.
