Editing hidden fields

Hello,
I have some hidden fields on an application, which I show during editing,
so that my coordinators can record information about the applicant.
The coordinators do not use the owner login like I do. We just realized that
when they edit the hidden fields and click "Update", Creator says "Data
Updated Successfully", but all of the data they have entered in the hidden
fields is not saved. They can, however, edit the non-hidden fields just fine.

Could someone help me fix this?
